Outgrown Podio, REsimpli or GoHighLevel? Move to Salesforce without losing a lead.
Your history comes with you, your team keeps working while we switch, and the new system is built around how you already buy houses. Not the other way round.
I’ve spent the last two years building and running the Salesforce system behind a home-buying company in Ohio, from the first call on a marketing number to the closing table. A move is that same build, plus your data coming across safely.
You work with me directly
Based in Cairo, working US hours: 9am to 6pm Eastern, Monday to Friday. I reply within one business day.
- NDA before I log in. I’m happy to sign yours first.
- Your logins, your control. You create my users and can switch them off any time. Your current CRM keeps running until the switch.
- You own everything. Every build is written down, so another admin could take it over.
- Fixed price, in writing. A written scope and price before anything starts, through an Upwork contract that holds each payment until you approve it.
- No dead week. Your team keeps working in the old system until Salesforce is ready for them.

Signs you’ve outgrown it
A move makes sense if you…
- Have added so many workarounds that nobody trusts the numbers
- Want campaign ROI by market and your tool can’t do it cleanly
- Are hiring reps or opening a market and need routing that doesn’t depend on one person
- Pay for Zaps just to hold it all together
Probably not yet if you…
- Run a one-person shop with a few deals a month. Stay where you are
- Already use Salesforce. Start with the audit instead
- Want a price before anyone has seen how your team works
Everything you get, counted
A working system your team uses on day one, not a blank Salesforce org.
Written scope
What gets built, what moves over and a fixed price, before you commit to anything.
Field map
Every field you track today and where it lands in Salesforce, so nothing gets dropped.
Record types moved
Leads and sellers, deals, buyers and their history, moved in tested batches and spot-checked with you.
Day-one automations
Lead routing, missed-call alerts and follow-up tasks working before your team logs in.
Monday numbers
An owner dashboard with leads, appointments, contracts and cost per contract, by channel.
Roles trained
Hands-on training for acquisitions, dispositions and transaction coordination.
Systems side by side
New leads go into Salesforce while the old tool stays open for reference, until the team is ready.
Leads lost: the goal
That’s the point of mapping first, moving in batches and checking every batch with you.
Six steps, no dead week
Your team keeps working the whole time. You know the full cost before step three.

- 3
Map and build
I build Salesforce around your process, using the same fields as the free CRM field kit.
You: a few questions answered.
- 4
Move and check
Your data comes over in tested batches, and you spot-check each one.
You: a check of records you know well.
- 5
Side by side
New leads go into Salesforce while the old system stays available for reference.
You: your team works in Salesforce.
- 6
Train and switch off
Each role gets hands-on training, then the old tool goes.
You: training sessions for your team.
One system, first call to closing
Campaign ROI you can trust, routing that grows with your team, and connections to the dialer, e-signature and accounting tools you already use. Still deciding? Read the honest comparisons first.
Before you ask
What do Salesforce licenses cost?
Salesforce bills licenses directly, and the right edition depends on your team. We pick one together on the scoping call; the edition picker is a good place to start.
Will we lose our history?
No. Every record that matters is mapped before anything moves, and we check it together after.
Will the team stop working during the switch?
No. Both systems run side by side until your team is comfortable in Salesforce.
Is Salesforce overkill for us?
Sometimes it is. If you’re a one-person shop with a few deals a month, I’ll tell you on the call and you’ll stay where you are.
How do we pay?
Part to start and the rest at milestones written into the scope, through an Upwork contract.
