Salesforce vs REsimpli for wholesalers.

REsimpli is an investor CRM with the dialer, texting and data already inside. Salesforce is a CRM you build around your own process. Here’s where each one wins, with every claim linked to the vendor’s own page.

Short version
  • REsimpli gives a wholesaling team calling, texting, lists, skip tracing and buyer sites in one login, priced by team size.
  • Salesforce gives you a CRM you shape around your own process: your records, your automations, your reports. Dialing, texting and data come from integrations.
  • Pick REsimpli if you want it working this week and your process fits its pipeline. Pick Salesforce if you have several reps, markets or entities, or need custom reports or permission rules beyond what REsimpli offers. Test it in the trial.

Disclosure: I build Salesforce CRMs for investors, so I have a bias. To keep it in check, every feature and price below comes from the vendor’s own site, linked in the row. I don’t list Salesforce prices: most businesses get a discount from a Salesforce account executive based on the business and number of users.

REsimpli publishes its own comparison pages too, written by the vendor. This one is written by someone who builds on Salesforce, so weigh it the same way and check the links.

Where REsimpli wins

  • Time to first call. Dialer, texting, lists and skip tracing are already wired together.
  • One bill for most of it. Calling and texting are unlimited under fair use, so you don’t price each text.
  • Less to administer. Investor workflows come built in, so a small team can usually run it without a dedicated admin.

Where Salesforce wins

  • Your process, not theirs. Property, Offer, Buyer and Assignment can each be their own record with their own rules.
  • Reporting. Cost per contract by source, offers over MAO by rep, days from first call to contract. Custom fields show up in reports.
  • Permissions. VAs see only their queue, each market sees its own deals. VA access guide
  • Room to grow. More reps, markets, entities or a rental side doesn’t mean a new CRM.

The cost question, honestly

REsimpli’s price is public and covers most of the stack. Salesforce is the license plus the tools you connect (dialer, texting, data) plus setup. For a small team, REsimpli is usually cheaper and faster. The math changes as you add reps and markets, or when a missing report is costing you deals. The edition picker shows which Salesforce edition to ask about.

Questions

Is REsimpli better than Salesforce for wholesalers?

For a small team that wants calling, texting, lists and skip tracing in one login, REsimpli is usually the faster choice. Salesforce is better when you need your own records, deeper reports or permissions across several reps, markets or entities.

Does Salesforce have a dialer and texting for real estate?

Not built for wholesaling out of the box. Sales Dialer is a paid add-on that Salesforce is retiring in favor of Salesforce Voice, and teams typically add AppExchange dialer and texting apps.

How much does REsimpli cost?

REsimpli’s blog, updated October 1, 2026, lists Solo at $299 a month monthly or $249 on annual billing, Team at $899 and Business at $2,199 a month. Check the pricing page before you buy.

Can I use REsimpli and Salesforce together?

REsimpli lists an open API, so a sync is possible, but running two CRMs usually means two versions of the truth. Most teams pick one as the system of record.
