Find where your Salesforce is losing deals, before you buy more leads.

Most investor teams don't have a lead problem. They have a few quiet leaks: a missed call nobody saw, an offer that went cold, a campaign that gets credit for someone else's deal.

I go through your Salesforce and hand you a plain-English report: what's leaking, what it's likely costing you and what to fix first.

After the auditYou know what each contract costs, by channel.

Not on Salesforce? You need a move to Salesforce, not an audit. Book a free call and we'll scope it.

Who does the audit

Amr Magdy

Who does the audit: Amr Magdy, Salesforce CRM Consultant for US real estate investors and wholesalers.

Based in Cairo, working US hours: 9am to 6pm Eastern, Monday to Friday. I reply within one business day.

For two years I've run the Salesforce for a two-market home-buying company in Ohio: campaign ROI by market, missed-call alerts, a Transactions Board and same-week changes. Salesforce Certified Administrator and Platform App Builder.

More about me

“Amr has been helping us make drastic improvements in our Salesforce for the last six months… he's been 10× better to work with than the developers we used before.”
Sean Grabow, Founder, Central City Solutions
  • NDA before I log in. I’m happy to sign yours first.
  • Read-only access. A read-only user covers most of an audit. You create it and can switch it off any time.
  • You own everything. Every build is written down, so another admin could take it over.
  • 50/50, held by Upwork. Half to start and half on delivery, through an Upwork contract that holds each payment until you approve it.
  • Your money back. The audit is refunded in full if it doesn’t find five fixable issues worth more than the fee.

Why I built this

The question I hear most

“We spend thousands a month on mail, cold calling and PPC. Which of it is actually working?”

It's a fair question, and the CRM should answer it in under a minute. Usually it can't, and not because anyone did anything wrong. Teams grow, people add a field here and a Zap there, and two years later the numbers on the dashboard are slightly off and nobody is quite sure why.

I've spent the last two years building and running the Salesforce system behind a home-buying company in Ohio, from the first call on a marketing number to the closing table. This audit is the checklist I wish someone had handed me on day one.

The end goal

Where you'll be when it's done

Five questions most owners can't answer from their CRM today. Flip the switch to see each one after the audit.

What owners say today, and what they know after the audit
AreaToday: what you'd sayAfter: what you'll know
Marketing

“I think the mail is working.”

You know which campaigns produce contracts and what each contract costs, by channel.

Speed to lead

“We call everyone back fast.”

You know how long sellers really wait, and where missed calls and weekend forms fall through.

Follow-up

“The reps are on top of it.”

You have the list of offers and appointments going cold right now, and who owns each.

Reporting

“The dashboard is probably right.”

You know which numbers you can trust, which are off, and why.

The plan

“We need to fix the CRM at some point.”

You have a ranked fix plan you can hand to me, your own team or anyone else.

You're seeing what most owners say today.

You're seeing what you'll know when the audit is done.

What I check

Six areas, one question each

Each area comes back with a straight answer, the evidence behind it, and what the fix would take.

01

Marketing and ROI

Is every lead tied to the campaign that paid for it? Do the deals you keep, like rentals, count toward that campaign's return?

Can you see cost per contract by channel, and trust it?

02

Speed to lead

What happens to a missed call, a weekend web form, a text reply? Who gets told, and how fast?

How many sellers waited, and for how long?

03

Acquisitions and follow-up

Offers with no activity, appointments with no next step, leads owned by someone who left. In states with new wholesaling rules, whether disclosures and cancellation dates are tracked. A tracking check, not legal advice.

Which deals are quietly going cold right now?

04

Data health

Broken phone numbers, duplicate sellers, deals with no lead behind them, lead sources anyone can change.

How much of your list can you actually reach?

05

Automations and integrations

Flows, Zaps, dialer and e-signature syncs, alerts. What fires, what fails quietly, what overlaps, and whether dialer and AI follow-up lands in the CRM with consent recorded.

What's running that nobody would notice if it stopped?

06

Reporting

The reports and dashboards you open every week, checked against the raw data underneath.

Do the five numbers you run the business on add up?

What you get

Everything you get, counted

Things you can act on, not a slide deck. Each one is yours to keep, whether you build the fixes with me or not.

What the audit delivers
1Findings report

Every issue in plain English: where it is, what it's likely costing you in leads, deals or hours, and how big the fix is.

5+Fixable issues

Specific, sized and worth more than the fee, or you get the fee back.

up to3Quick fixes, done

Small, safe fixes like a broken alert or a wrong report filter, agreed with you first.

6Areas reviewed

Marketing ROI, speed to lead, acquisitions, data health, automations and reporting.

5Monday numbers

Your “Monday 5” owner dashboard, defined field by field for your org and ready to build.

3Roadmap stages

A 30 / 60 / 90 plan with the fixes in the order I'd do them and rough effort for each.

2Calls

How it works

Five steps, two calls

About two hours of your time in total. I do the rest.

  1. Step 1Kick-off call

You walk me through how a deal moves through your team, and what's bugging you.

    You: a 45-minute call and a read-only login (I send simple steps).

  2. Step 2The review

I work through all six areas in your org. If I find something urgent, like an automation that's failing quietly, you hear about it the same day.

You: nothing, unless I have a question.

  3. Step 3Quick fixes

I send you up to 3 small fixes I'd make first. Once you say yes, I make them, so you see results before the walkthrough.

You: a yes or no on each fix.

  4. Step 4Report delivered

The findings report, the roadmap and the dashboard spec arrive before we meet, so you can read them first.

You: a read, at your own pace.

  5. Step 5Walkthrough

We go through the findings with whoever on your team should be in the room, and agree what happens next.

    You: a 60-minute call, recorded.

Is this for you?

A good fit, and not

A good fit if you…

  • Buy houses or wholesale, and your team works out of Salesforce, including investor CRMs built on it
  • Spend real money on marketing and want to know what's working
  • Have a CRM someone else built, and aren't sure what it does anymore
  • Are about to hire, add reps, open a market or change lead sources

Probably not yet if you…

  • Run on Podio, REsimpli, GoHighLevel or spreadsheets. You need a move to Salesforce, scoped on a free call
  • Need the fixes built this week. That's a build project, which we can scope
  • Want a full rebuild price before anyone has looked at your setup

The terms

Your money back if it finds too little

The promise

If the report doesn't give you at least five specific, fixable issues worth more than the fee, tell me on the walkthrough and I refund it in full. No forms, no argument.

Direct line to me

You get a direct WhatsApp line to me for questions about your org, during the audit and for 30 days after the walkthrough. At handover I'll ask for a short review on Upwork or LinkedIn. A case study or a quote only if you're happy to, and I may count your findings, without your name, in totals I publish.

Paying

50% to start, 50% when the report is delivered, through an Upwork contract that holds each payment until you approve it.

Questions

Before you ask

What access do you need?

A read-only Salesforce user covers most of the review, and I ask before I need anything else. You create it, so you can see what it does and switch it off at any time. Nothing in your org changes without your OK. The quick fixes (up to 3) are each agreed with you first, and the user only gets edit access while I make them. Your data stays in your org, and I'm happy to sign your NDA before I log in.

Does that login use one of our paid Salesforce licenses?

Yes. Every Salesforce login uses a license, even a read-only one. If you have a spare license, we use it. If not, a former employee's user can often be deactivated to free one. We check together first that nothing still runs under their name, because deactivating a user too early can break things. If neither works, we do the review on screen shares with whoever runs Salesforce on your side. It takes more of their time, and nothing else about the audit changes.

How long does it take?

We set the walkthrough date together on the kick-off call, so you know the finish date before the review starts. In between: my review, up to 3 agreed quick fixes, and the report, which reaches you before the walkthrough. Your part is about two hours in total.

Do we have to hire you for the fixes?

No. The roadmap is written so your team, or anyone you choose, can follow it. If you hire me for the build or for monthly support within 30 days, the full audit fee comes off the project or your first three months of fees.

What if we're not on Salesforce?

Then the audit isn't the right step. You need a move to Salesforce: I map what you track today, move your data and build around how your team works. Book a free call and we'll scope it.

You're in Cairo. How does the time difference work?

I work US hours, 9am to 6pm Eastern, Monday to Friday, and reply within one business day. That's how I've worked with a home-buying company in Ohio for two years. Both calls are booked at a time that suits you.

How do we pay?

Paid through an Upwork contract: 50% to start and 50% when the report is delivered. Upwork holds each payment until you approve it. The full scope and terms are on one page.

What if the audit doesn't find much?

Then you shouldn't pay for it. If the report doesn't give you at least five specific, fixable issues worth more than the fee, tell me on the walkthrough and I refund it in full. No forms, no argument.
