CRM Revenue Audit · fixed price · 10 working days

Find out where your CRM is losing deals, before you buy more leads.

Most investor teams don’t have a lead problem. They have a few quiet leaks: a missed call nobody saw, an offer that went cold, a campaign that gets credit for someone else’s deal.

In ten working days I go through your CRM the way I’d go through my own: every number you rely on on Monday morning, every automation that’s supposed to fire, every place a seller can slip through. You get a plain-English report of what I found, what it’s costing you, and what to fix first.

Why I built this

The question I hear most

“We spend thousands a month on mail, cold calling and PPC. Which of it is actually working?”

It’s a fair question, and the CRM should answer it in under a minute. Usually it can’t, and not because anyone did anything wrong. Teams grow, people add a field here and a Zap there, and two years later the numbers on the dashboard are slightly off and nobody is quite sure why.

I’ve spent the last two years building and running the Salesforce system behind a home-buying company in Ohio, from the first call on a marketing number to the closing table. This audit is the checklist I wish someone had handed me on day one.

What I look at

Five areas, one question each

Each area comes back with a clear answer, the evidence behind it, and what it would take to fix.

01

Marketing & ROI

Is every lead tied to the campaign that paid for it? Do the deals you keep, like rentals, count toward that campaign’s return? Can you see cost per contract by channel, and trust it?

02

Speed to lead

What happens to a missed call, a weekend web form, a text reply? Who gets told, and how fast? How many sellers waited, and for how long?

03

Acquisitions & follow-up

Offers with no activity, appointments with no next step, leads owned by someone who left.Which deals are quietly going cold right now?

04

Data health

Broken phone numbers, duplicate sellers, deals with no lead behind them, lead sources anyone can change. How much of your list can you actually reach?

05

Automations & integrations

Flows, Zaps, dialer and e-signature syncs, alerts. What fires, what silently fails, what overlaps. What is running that nobody would notice if it stopped?

+

Reporting

The reports and dashboards you open every week, checked against the raw data underneath.Do the five numbers you run the business on add up?

What you get

Things you can act on, not a slide deck

The findings report

Every issue in plain English: where it is, what it’s likely costing you in leads, deals or hours, and how big the fix is.

A 30 / 60 / 90 roadmap

The fixes in the order I’d do them, with rough effort for each, so you can do them in-house, with me, or with anyone else.

Your Monday 5 dashboard spec

The five numbers an owner should see every Monday, defined field by field for your org, ready to build.

Three quick fixes, done

Small things I can fix safely during the audit, like a broken alert or a report filter, so you see results before the walkthrough.

How it works

Ten working days, two calls

Day 1

Kick-off call (45 min). You walk me through how a deal moves through your team and what’s bugging you. You give me a read-only login (I’ll send simple steps).

Days 2–8

The review. I work through the five areas in your org. If I find something urgent, like an automation that’s silently failing, I tell you the same day.

Day 9

Report delivered. You get the written report, the roadmap and the dashboard spec a day before we meet, so you can read them first.

Day 10

Walkthrough (60 min). We go through the findings together, with whoever on your team should be in the room. Recorded, so others can watch later.

Is this for you?

A good fit, and not

A good fit if you…

  • Buy houses or wholesale, and your team works out of Salesforce
  • Spend real money on marketing and want to know what’s working
  • Have a CRM someone else built, and you’re not sure what it does anymore
  • Are about to hire, add a market or change your lead sources

Probably not yet if you…

  • Haven’t picked a CRM yet (book a free call instead, and we’ll talk options)
  • Need the fixes built this week; that’s a build project, which we can scope
  • Want a full rebuild price before anyone has looked at your setup

My promise

If the report doesn’t give you at least five specific, fixable issues that are worth more to you than the fee, tell me on the walkthrough call and I’ll refund it in full. No forms, no argument.

Questions

Before you ask

What access do you need?

A read-only Salesforce user is enough for most of the review. I don’t change anything in your org without asking first, and the three quick fixes are agreed with you before I touch them.

What if we’re not on Salesforce?

If you’re on another CRM and thinking about moving, we can still look at what you track today and map what Salesforce would need to do. Book a free call and we’ll see if the audit is the right first step.

You’re in Cairo. How does the time difference work?

I work afternoons and evenings Cairo time, which overlaps with US mornings and the full Gulf working day. The two calls are scheduled at a time that suits you.

Do we have to hire you for the fixes?

No. The roadmap is written so your team, or anyone you choose, can follow it. If you do hire me for the build within 60 days, the full audit fee comes off the project.

How do we pay?

50% to start and 50% when the report is delivered, by bank transfer or card through an invoice.

Request the audit

Tell me a bit about your team

I’ll reply within one working day with a couple of questions and a start date. I take on a small number of audits each month so each one gets proper attention.
